Returns and Exchanges

For sanitary reasons, any masks purchased will be final sale and cannot be returned. We also do not offer any exchanges on our products after it has been fulfilled. 

 

Warranty 

We offer a 14 warranty on our face masks that covers any manufacturing defects, missing items, or any other issues that may cause the masks to not be used properly. 

If your item is defective we please reach out to us at support@visodesigns.com detailing the issue, and provide us with proof and we will send you a replacement or refund.
